Over 100 vendors will display their quality, handmade wares which include holiday decorations, ornaments, arts and crafts, clothing, toys and much more. All of the proceeds raised at this event stay within Boulder City and benefit community organizations such as Emergency Aid, St. Jude’s Ranch for Children, Lend A Hand, Damboree, Parks and Recreation youth programs, Boulder City Hoover Dam Museum, the Senior Center and many more. New to the 900 Arizona Street facility is the 2nd annual Gingerbread House Competition and Christmas Faire held November 25-27. This event is open Friday 3-9 p.m., Saturday 10a.m.-5p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m.-4p.m. In additional to fabulous gingerbread houses, you will be treated to live music, gift shopping and a wine bar. Admission is $2 for adults, children 12 and under are free.
This year’s Luminaria will be held at the Recreation Center on December 1st at 6 p.m. This live re-enactment of the Nativity will also host local talent performing beautiful holiday music.
The Multi-Use Building at Broadbent Park can be booked for family, business or organization parties. This facility books fast, so call 293-9256 to make sure your preferred time slot is available.
