With the new year underway and the first 2011 issue of the Boulder City Magazine making its way into the hands of residents and visitors, it is with great excitement that I introduce the new owners and managing team of The Boulder City Magazine.
New owners, Tom and Patty Sullivan, are long time residents of Boulder City, with a strong investment in the community and a long family history dating back to the construction of Hoover Dam. Both Tom and Patty will continue their current careers and their family will manage the day-to-day operations of the magazine.
The new managing team includes myself, Shauna Sharp, my husband David Sharp, and my sisters Tricia Sullivan, and Ali Sullivan. We are equally invested in Boulder City, and the talents and skills we offer are rooted in strong work ethics, experience, and education.
As long-time readers and fans of the publication, the Sullivan/Sharp family recognizes the quality that the Boulder City Magazine prides itself on and is committed to continuing that tradition. The Family is honored to be in a position to promote Boulder City in a positive fashion and we look forward to strengthening the relationship with the community we love and value.
The Sullivan/Sharp family is grateful for the support of Brad and DeAnne Appleby during this transition and will continue to rely on their counsel.
