BCAG Winter Festival
Boulder City Art Guild is putting on its annual Winter Art Festival on November 13 & 14. The annual fine arts and crafts show is to be held at the Boulder City Recreation Department gym from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.

| The proceeds will be given as art scholarships to deserving young people. It is a good way to pick up a unique gift for the very special people on your list and help local young artists. |
R.B. Bertrams will be showing his magnificent wood cut pieces. These works of art are becoming coveted possessions for people throughout the area.

The always favorite Georgine Morelli will be displaying many new items, kitchen magnets to large original water colors in her distinctive southwest style.
|
|
Newcomer Kaaren Hoback will be offering hand painted original silk scarves and garments. Jessica Sellers from Coronado High School is planning to show many of her jewelry and glass creations, each piece one of a kind.
|
The potters and craftsmen from the Boulder City Art Center like Lynda Whitehair will be showing a wide variety of work at very reasonable prices.

Many other local artists will be showing their original work. Reproductions and note cards created by the artists will be available at each booth during the event on both days.
A raffle of beautiful and colorful donated pieces of artwork benefitting the Boulder Dam Hotel will be held during the show.
You may see the wonderful items that are to be raffled at the Boulder Dam Credit Union the week preceding the show.
“Browsing through isles of art and crafts, meeting friends and neighbors, there is no better way to catch the Holiday Spirit”, states BCAG president Aileen Dike.
